Lolita Girl - Mint Inspired [WIP]

This is so soft and adorable! I love the pose and the way you colored, with a nice background that blends well with the character's color theme. I think the head is a bit too big compared to her body, even for the anime style you went for. The way her eyes look is a bit off, she doesn't look at the viewer, but rather staring blankly, and it's not really eye catching for me. I think the line art is smooth, but there could be places where it could be thicker, mainly around sharp curves. Anyway, this is still pretty good! Hope my tips help you!
